Michael Dadashi, CEO and founder of MHD Enterprises, Austin, Texas, was 25 years old and a recovering drug and alcohol addict when he founded his e-scrap recycling and electronics asset redistribution company in 2009.
Dadashi has come a long way since then. This year his company was selected No. 28 on the Inc. 5000 list of America’s fastest growing private companies for all categories. The company posted three-year growth of more than 6,000 percent and annual sales of $7 million.
